Hi to all from Nightfall.
Time to confirm your address
Finally, has come the time to lockdown addresses. So please go and check the Backerkit and confirm your address. We will lock all addresses on the 30th April. Any addresses wrong at that point will result in either a lost parcel or a requirement for resending. If the parcel needs resending we will need you to pay for the second attempt. We cannot replace lost parcels, lost to out of date addresses.
As soon as the A4 is with us we will start shipping. Process for this to follow in a subsequent update.
And on the presses right now:
Our exceedingly good printers have sent us this image of actual pages coming off the machines. +++ THE MACHINES WORK FOR US +++
Over the last few years, we wondered if we would ever see this. Now we have. Now you have.
Do you dig it?

Book Status

Hello everyone!
This will not be a particularly long update, but is probably one of the most exciting for the Nightfall team.
The Cannibal Sector One RPG and Miniature Games Rulebook will go to print on the 4th of April. Print quality will be full colour and produced by the manufacturer that made Hunter Sheets 2 for us. This company is considered the best in the industry and is used by all the big European RPG publishers.
Before then, Shepp and Jared are finalising lay out. Dave is completing the cover and Clint Langley (YES Clint Langley) is completing the last Chapter header.
We are 99.9% certain we will have the book at UK Games Expo 2019.
As many of you know, this book has been a long time coming and has seen its fair share of trauma. It has also metamorphosed from its inception as an 80 page miniature game rules book with around 25% RPG content to a 356 page RPG book with 40 odd pages of miniature rules. When you pledged, it was expected that the book would retail at around £25-30, but now we have the biggest book ever produced for SLA that will retail at £45 and you are still getting it for the £20 or so you pledged. - As said before, none of the Nightfall team saw any of the money that you pledged for creating or producing the book or all the miniatures, art A5 etc since we took over (bar a very few art work commissioned over 2.5 years ago), and we have spent over £26k and 1000s of hours saving this project from inevitable failure.
We are very proud of this book and are very excited for you all to get it.
Thank you for your patience and thank you especially to those of you that have supported our team throughout this entire process (or even most of it).
Cheers from Nightfall Games
The Time & Tide ZineQuest 'zine by Tanya Floaker
over 5 years ago

The Time & Tide ZineQuest 'zine by Tanya Floakeris a fan made SLA focussed Kickstarter running right now.
Time & Tide is Tanya's love-letter to the World of Progress. Rather than focus on homebrew rules or new scenarios her intention is to dissect the heart & soul of SLA Industries. What about this game has led to such a die-hard fanbase to still be active and growing after almost thirty years in print? Answers to this question will be attempted using essays, photos, fiction, interviews, art, social media posts and even recipes.
The Kickstarter is doing amazingly well and currently is 4 times over target. We have agreed to share it here with you so that you can get in on the KS if you wish, but be aware that this is an independent project not affiliated with Nightfall.
CONTENTS
Is it future or is it past? An essay comparing the themes and setting for SLA with those found in Twin Peaks and the dischordian ideas surrounding the KLF
Real Talk / Real Time An interview with Jared and Mark from Nightfall Games about their thoughts on the creation process for SLA Industries
The Mall of Progress Designing new brands and a massive downtown shopping center to capture the disturbing nature of capitalism
Fan Service A chat with Ste Winwood about his love for SLA and how it led him to create and maintain several active fan forums online
So Dark They're UV Exploring the horrors of the BPN gig economy
Dark Lamentations Fan created art & fiction, including work by Tamsyn Kennedy, Stuart Burns, Roger Duthie, and Ste Winwood
The Bigger Picture A personal account of how SLA Industries fandom helped one person through personal struggles
CS1: Cake Sector One SLA themed baked goods!
Is this project in any way connected with Nightfall Games?
Nope. This is entirely a fan-created labour of love. While Nightfall are doing an interview, it is no different from a fan doing an interview with a punk band and putting it in their fanzine - the zine maker ain't in the band.
